Dr. Sunil Ramlall is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in human resources, leadership, and organizational development. He currently serves as the Academic Program Director for Business Programs at the University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies, where he oversees curriculum development, accreditation, faculty support, and student success initiatives.

 

With over 15 years of teaching at universities including Concordia University Wisconsin, Western Governors University, Hamline University, and the University of St. Thomas, Dr. Ramlall has designed and taught a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses. His research focuses on workforce development, employee engagement, and the strategic role of HRM, with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

 

Beyond academia, Dr. Ramlall actively partners with professional associations, employers, and communities to bridge the skills gap and create opportunities for students and working professionals.
