The University of New Hampshire College of Professional Studies is proud to announce that its online B.S. Fire Service Administration program has been recognized by the Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education (FESHE) Initiative.

The FESHE initiative is directed by the National Fire Academy to standardize training, education, experience and certification activities for the fire service. FESHE's mission is to establish an organization of post-secondary institutions to promote higher education and to enhance the recognition of the fire and emergency services as a profession to reduce loss of life and property from fire and other hazards.

Receiving FESHE recognition emphasizes the quality of education the program offers to fire service professionals who want to advance their career and be at the forefront of developing skills and safety practices for the fire service field.
